The Japanese design is all over the place... Great ambience. I downloaded the app for facilities and it was smooth and easy. Staff were friendly and good

The architecture and design of the hotel was beautiful and so enjoyable. Victor, the man at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. We got to try the tubs upstairs on the rooftop which was relaxing and we also got robes to wear up there. The breakfast was yogurt and granola, fruit, and this bread - with tea or coffee. They also followed up with asking if we wanted more of anything, but it was plenty. They have a water jug in the kitchen that you can use to refill your water bottle.

Ryo Kan was everything I could have hoped for and more! After traveling around Mexico for 10 days and staying in Airbnb's, it was lovely to stay in such a hospitable hotel. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The location was close to the park and lots of great restaurants. The bed was a plus. The sheets were so fresh (soft too) and the mattress was so perfect that I've reached out to find out what type of mattresses they use! Free breakfast was also included with the booking. Oh! How could I forget about the jacuzzi tubs on the roof! 100/10 would recommend

I used to live in this neighborhood and would walk by RYO KAN almost every day. I was always curious about staying there. Although I no longer live in the area I found myself in need of a last minute hotel in CDMX due to a flight cancellation. Nostalgic for my old neighborhood, I immediately booked RYO KAN. It's a little oasis in the middle of a bustling and at times chaotic Mexico City. Located in the Little Tokyo area of Mexico City there are tons of fantastic food and drink options nearby. You are walking distance to the trendy Roma and Condesa neighborhoods and a few blocks off of Paseo de la Reforma. The rooms are modern and efficient, albeit a bit small (in true Japan fashion). The common area on the ground floor is all peace and tranquility, with lots of natural light flooding in. I had a ZOOM meeting at the large communal table and it was perfect. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating to all my little requests. RYO KAN offers an outstanding value and a rather unique experience!

Overall a great stay. I love the layout of the rooms. Really comfortable for a few nights especially if you need to work. LOVED the onsen experience on the rooftop!
